Integrity really does matter
This morning's Wall Street Journal has the story of the former Dean of Admissions for MIT; an early career lie cost her her career. Unfortunately, far too often people lie on their resumes. Our process includes a diligent checking of background records and if there is a lack of integrity, it comes out. MIT's story shows that even without such an intentional screening, this stuff gets out into the open. Integrity really does count.

Those same young adults — many of them college students — have seen nonprofit organizations step in to help during times of turmoil.
